Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds

Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bunk bed

Bedroom 4 (Den) – 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin

Additional Home Features:

- Fully equipped kitchen + kitchenette

- Everyday essentials provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, dish pods, garbage bags, and more — so you can pack light and feel at home

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes all adults and children over age 1 — strict HOA policy)

Sea La Vie isn’t managed by a large property company — it’s my own home, and I personally make sure it’s clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for every stay. I’m always just a quick message away if you need me, and I take pride in the details that make your visit enjoyable and stress-free.

- Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts (indoor pickleball court available; HOA fee applies)

- BBQ stations, fitness center, and recreation room

- Full-service marina for vessels up to 60 feet (slip reservations made directly with marina)

Hassle-Free Check-In:

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments, no arrival-day errands. While some owners require guests to bring a check or money order, we handle it for you. We pay the HOA directly so your vacation starts the moment you arrive.

Parking & Policies:

Limit: 2 vehicles per reservation

3rd vehicle allowed only with valid handicap placard/license plate & pre-registration

No outside visitors permitted; only registered guests may access the community and home

Security cameras on-site, including a Ring doorbell

Government-issued ID required for guest verification

No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

Short-term rental agreement must be completed and returned before arrival (names and ages of all guests required for security access)

Reservation must reflect the actual number of guests in your party. Maximum occupancy is 10, including children over age 1.
