Diving vacation

Kuama Towers was a perfect property for us. The layout was excellent and the unit was very well supplied with everything we needed. We had a few fairly minir issues but overall it was great

Great location

Property was great other than bed in front bedroom was so uncomfortable guests slept on the sectional sofa in the den. Very disappointing! Bugs were also relentless even with everything in frig & counters cleaned 3 times a day. One Elevator was out of order entire time in the tower. Property is wonderful - views fantastic but bed & elevator issues as well as other guests being loud on weekend in early morning hours makes it less desirable. We use VRBO a lot & this was our 1st less than stellar property! VOnly less than 5 rating We have ever given!in an otherwise great property!

Very Nice Place To Stay in Key Largo

We really enjoyed our stay in 411 Kawama Tower! It was a great location for getting around the keys. This is a gated yacht club that felt calm, quiet and safe while we were there. It seemed like a lot of units were empty this past week but that may change with the busier weeks of summer coming. A lot of people get around by golf cart on the property. The unit was really nice - very clean, spacious and well stocked. Everything worked and we thought the beds were incredibly comfortable. The building was really nice as well. One elevator was down but we never had to wait to use the other one. The property was huge - we used the pool a lot - and it had a walking trail that looped the entire lagoon and playground area that we liked. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed down along the beach area that didn't smell great during the hot parts of the day, so we avoided that area for the most part. But there were lots of sitting areas provided down along the beach and a nice long pier with a sitting area at the end of it, too. The property manager was wonderful - I really appreciated all of their communication before our trip, especially the clear instructions for picking up our packet after hours and the list of essentials provided and not provided in the condo. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Excellent Property

You can't go wrong! Gated community so the entire property is safe, in excellent condition from the buildings to the pool etc.. This is the place to stay in Key Largo!

Great Time in Key Largo

411 Kawama Tower was fantastic. It had everything we needed. Very clean and well equipped. The heated pool was nice and the saltwater lagoon with a beach was a lot of fun. Great place to stay in Key Largo!

Awesome for families!!

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked!! We have kids ages 5-13 and there was plenty to do from the lagoon, pools and fishing!! This place is also close to everything in Key Largo!! We had a blast!!!

Great long weekend in Key Largo

Lovely place to stay for several nights! King bed and twin are very comfortable. Queen is firm, but some might like that. Very clean and tidy. Had the Tower pool mostly to ourselves. Sand toys and noodles in the laundry room are very nice to have! One of those in our group saw manatees by the marina our first night! There was seaweed along the break, but the odor was not too bad, especially once you got out to the point. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Luxury vacation with an ocean view

This condo was luxurious and comfortable.! There is great communication from Barefeet but with the rules I thought the place would be uptight. It's not, it's so chill, it is super clean but you don't even see the staff there other than the guards who are really nice. The Barefeet staff were wonderful, making sure we were ready and knew what to do. Over the phone and in person. A wonderful trip and we will remember this place forever and definitely stay there again!

Wonderful winter family get-away!

My family and I stayed in this condo for a 6 day vacation and could not have been happier! The amenities at Kawama were absolutely fantastic! The beach provided ample seating and tables, as well as charcoal grills to cook your own meals. Our kids (9 and 12) loved the shells they found as well as the vast amount of wildlife that could be seen in the ocean as well as the saltwater lagoon on the property. The pool also had noodles and inflatables provided! The condo was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans, as well as two hairdryers and shampoo and conditioner. The beds were very comfortable in both the master and secondary bedroom, and the balcony provided breathtaking views of the ocean and harbor. The individuals we worked with at Barefeet Rentals (Ashley and Debbie) were outstanding and pleasant during every interaction we had with them which made planning and check-in a breeze! I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to returning!

Family Getaway in the Keys

Wonderful 2-bedroom condo. One bedroom had a trundle bed, which was perfect for two parents and two small children. The condo was equipped with everything one could want, including beach towels and beach toys. We were able to easily travel to two National Parks. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great condo for family getaway.

This was a great place for our family to stay! Very clean. Plenty of towels (we’ve had that be an issue before). The kitchen is well supplied with plates, cups, utensils, bowls, etc. The WiFi and TVs were great. The AC is programmed on not go below 73. For medical reasons my wife needs the temp lower. We contacted the management and they were able to lower the limit remotely to 69. Everyone at the management company and on the property was very helpful.

Barefoot Rentals/Kawama Tower

The suite was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and well situated in the community. There was too many rules put out there by Barefoot Rentals, but if you get to know the residents and find out the way it really is, you’ll find it is just normal as long as you yourself are reasonable. The ocean view is great but the ocean washed up a lot of garbage while we were there, and the smell from it was terrible so we didn’t go there. We used this as a home base to explore while we were there. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in Key Largo

This property is beautiful with amazing views of the ocean from the Master Bed Room, living space & balcony. Nature brings with it vegetation in the water which makes swimming an out but SUP & kayaking are in. The jetty with the chairs was absolutely stunning for sunrises & sunsets. Thoroughly enjoyed this property.

Clean place

The place was very clean and welcoming. The colours and decorations made you feel relaxed and on vacation. We just came from a "not so nice rental" so this was very welcoming. They did provide pool towels but having some towels for the beach would be nice too. I only have 2 suggestions that for the price that should/could be provided... beach chairs as most of the beaches are hard to lay on and maybe a salad spinner as well. Also the bed in the second bedroom is hard and the light/fan didn't work. All in all it was a great place to stay in.
