Welcome to our 2019 42' travel trailer, offering all the comforts and amenities of a house. Each of the 2 bedrooms features a queen-sized bed, complemented by 2 full bathrooms for added convenience. The sofa converts into a small futon bed, perfect for a child.

Step into the full-sized kitchen, equipped with a 3-burner cooktop, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials for meal preparation, including plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and flatware.

Outside, you'll find a cozy patio surrounded by string lights, a tiki hut with a dining table for al fresco dining, a charcoal grill, and lounge chairs for relaxation.

Towels and linens are provided, and entertainment options include a large smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace. Stay connected with free WiFi internet access.

Laundry facilities are available on-site, and please note that only 2 vehicles are allowed to be parked at this property (boat trailers are considered vehicles).

As for campground amenities, enjoy a 24-hour security gate, marina, new boat ramp, ice supply, playground, 2 beaches, heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, horseshoe court, shuffleboard court, volleyball court, bocce ball, basketball court, general store, and open-air lounge.

Interaction with Guest
Approximately one week prior to your arrival, you will receive a detailed property manual containing check-in instructions, including the lock box code for seamless access to the property. Should you have any questions or concerns at any point, feel free to reach out to us via phone call or message, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Other Details to Note
To ensure Key Largo Kampground provides a timely and orderly registration and check-in process for all renters and guests, the following policies and procedures must be followed.


Guest Registration and Check-In Process:

Rental and Guest Registration Form: Guests are required to submit the Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.

Office Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival.

Photo ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form.

Late Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest.

Check-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.

Rules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.

Check-In Times: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. No check-in will be available after 10:00 PM.

Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including the owner and other occupants already on the property.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a maximum weight limit of 100 pounds and a maximum of two pets per unit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed; please refer to the list on our website for details.

Marina and Boat Slips: The maximum boat size allowed is 25’ x 8.5’ x 2.5’. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking. Insurance and registration for both the boat and trailer must be provided prior to arrival.

Additional Information:

Jet Ski Policy: Jet skis or wave runners are NOT permitted within the campground.

Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-47 per day, plus taxes, with a one-time ramp fee of $21. Please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.

Important Notes:

Nature Surroundings: Our property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. While we maintain a monthly pest control service, guests may still encounter bugs, especially after prolonged periods of rain. Please keep windows and doors closed, and outdoor lights off when not in use, as they tend to attract bugs.

Gate Card Deposit: Upon check-in, a gate card will be provided by the front desk, requiring a $50 deposit. Please return the gate card to the front desk on the day of your check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee deducted from your deposit for card replacement.

Guests will not be allowed in the park without proper paperwork. If the parked trailer and/or car extend onto the road, they must be parked in the campground lot, where parking is available at an additional charge (Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-$47 per day, plus taxes, please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.)
