This family-friendly home has everything you need for a trip to the Florida Keys: a private 35-foot dock space, Cabana Club membership, and classic home comforts!

This canal front home for eight offers swimming, fishing, and more from your private dock! If you're in the mood for more traditional summertime fun, check out the Cabana Club's private beach and shared swimming pool - it's just a short walk away.

Step into the living room and take in beautiful canal views right from the comfortable furnishings. Take in some fresh air on the patio, watch some cable on the flatscreen TV, or use the WiFi to plan something for tomorrow - it's up to you!

The kitchen has all the basic appliances you need. Take in your meals at the six-person dining table. When you're done, just leave cleaning up to the dishwasher!

Eight guests can enjoy this home's three bedrooms, with a master suite boasting a king-size bed and the guest bedroom offering two queen beds. There is a daybed for additional sleeping options.

Wake up and shower in the master bath's walk-in or the shower of the second bathroom - you've got a full day ahead of you. Key Colony Beach is a nice, laid-back place to explore, with outdoor activities available at Sunset Park and the Key Colony Beach Golf Course. More Florida fun awaits in Marathon, which is just a brief day trip away!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Fantastic Home in Paradise

KCB is very much a gem in the Florida Keys - we go every chance we get. Being familiar with the area, we thought this home would be great and we weren't disappointed. The house was impeccably clean - which is an obvious necessity given the current health climate. The floor plan is spacious - more than enough room for a family of 5. The kitchen is adequately equipped - no issues whatsoever in preparing meals. The beds are extremely comfortable and having the extra half bathroom (toilet/sink in the laundry room) was very convenient. Sadly this visit was only for a week, and we're already planning our next trip down. When we do - we'll certainly see if this house is available again.

Perfect

We all loved the house. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The location is wonderful. We took the boat and it was an excellent location for getting into Florida Bay and into the Atlantic. Both are just a few minutes away. The kids caught bait from the back dock and seen shark, tarpon and mangrove snapper while fishing.

Spent two weeks at this wonderful property, wish it could've been two months. Plenty of space for 6 people, very cute and well appointed. Hope to come back next year!

Keys Vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Key colony is in the middle keys which makes it convenient to drive all throughout the keys. The house was very nice and spacious for our party of 7. My only complaint is we were only provided 1 towel per person so that meant I literally had to do laundry every day I was there. Also we were only provided 3 wash cloths and when I called to ask for more they brought us a new pack of hand towels, like we are supposed to be able to wash our body with those! Overall I would still recommend this vacation house.

Great place to stay while enjoying the Keys!

This is a definite “must rent again” place. Clean! Well equipped kitchen. Parking for two cars. Dockage for a boat. Access to the Cabana Club. Easy walk to Sunset Park every evening. Plenty of room for our party of seven - never felt crowded. Can’t ask for more in a vacation rental. Thanks!!

Great house, perfect location, we had an amazing time

The house can’t get much better we loved it. Had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner. Only thing we would suggest is some kind of shade structure in the back probably would get very hot in the summer. Other than that we would highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised except that shade cover in the back. It wasn’t there.

House was clean with plenty of room. No shade in back as the picture shows. There was no mention of the bait freezer in the outside closet. I didn’t find it for 2 days. Other than those minor issues, it was paradise

Perfect place for fishing and relaxing.

Great location. Close to Capt. Hooks for fuel, ice and bait. Open ocean and reefs in 20 minutes. House was very nice and well equipped. 7 steps out the patio door to the boat. Great time and easy check in and out.

Perfect

Great place - right on a canal, very easy access to ocean or gulf. Kitchen has everything you need. Would not change a thing. I suspect the ice machine is throwing the breaker in the kitchen - might be drawing excess current if coolant is low. Just an educated guess - but that will be fixed shortly. The ice maker in the fridge is more than capable of keeping all of us in ice without help! It was great to have a bait/catch freezer too. Loads of snapper just a few miles out on the patch reefs - we must have caught 30 fish in a couple of hours (could only keep 5 but still - lots of action).

Clean on the surface but major mold issues

This home appeared to be clean and well kept when we moved in. A slightly funky odor in the hallway near the master bedroom which we put down to a drain issue at first. On the 4th day of our 7 day stay we had heavy rain. Playing scrabble at the dining room table we started getting dropped on from a whole in the roof. I called to notify rental office. They returned call next day saying owner was aware of the leak in the hall but did not know about the one in dining room. Said they were going to have a new roof installed soon. For the next 3 days of our stay the walls in the hallway showed increasingly obvious water and mold damage. Drywall tape pealing from ceiling and bubbling patches on the drywall. We've all come home with upper respiratory issues. It's a shame, well equipped home very comfortable beds, just can't get past the mold issue. Notified vacasa prior to writing this review. No comment or response much less any accommodation offered. I had already booked another rental in April through vacasa. Hoping no issues with the April vacation.
