Upstairs, enjoy a bright and airy living space with a large dining area and canal views, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a private master suite featuring an ensuite bath and its own balcony retreat. Completing this level is a guest bedroom and an additional full bath.



The ground level, with its own private entrance & an interior stairwell, features an additional living and dining area, kitchenette and a separate bedroom and bathroom—ideal for multi-family stays or guests seeking a bit more privacy.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

This home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable.
