Welcome to our Peace of Paradise in the Keys! Ocean, beach and private salt pool living at its Best! Enjoy swimming and sun bathing right across the street at Private Inch Beach or at the private salt pool surrounded by tropical plants.
As you enter Key Colony Beach, a quiet and peaceful island town, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views.
Our Peace of Paradise is located on West Ocean Drive and embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambience you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea
breezes while watching the ocean on the private lanai. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in the Keys – the United States version of the Caribbean.

Our Living Area of the Home features ample and comfortable seating centered around a flat screen television. The two sets of triple glass sliding doors open up onto your lanai, the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the ocean.

Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a seating area, full sized appliances, pots, pans and dishes – everything you need. Or, if you prefer you can grill on our gas grill provided (please be courteous of the next quest and maintain the integrity of the grill).

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious Queen Sized bed and features a view of the pool and the canal through the large windows and double slider. Although we have no boat dockage or access but a beautiful canal. The Master Bedroom also features a full Master Bathroom. You will also find a full size washer and dryer for your convenience located just outside the bedrooms tucked away in a large closet! This bedroom also includes a flat screen television.

The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed and twin bed. A full bathroom is right next to guest bedroom & ample towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise are provided.

Located a short walk away lies Sunset Park, known for incredible views of famed Florida Keys sunsets enjoyed from the sandy beach. Directly across the street is the infamous Inch Beach, a private beach that has beautiful views, white sand and a large Tiki Hut that can be used to enjoy lunch or just get away from the sun while still enjoying the incredible views and ocean breezes.

Both Key Colony Inn Restaurant and Havana Jack’s Oceanside Restaurant are located within a few blocks. The entirety of Key Colony Beach offers walking with a bike path around the entire island as well as an executive golf course, basketball courts, pickleball and tennis courts for those that want to enjoy those activities.

Boat rentals, snorkeling trips or kayak rentals are with in 2-3 miles in Marathon.
