Unit is in mint condition, located in prime Key Colony Beach surrounded by spectacular ocean views. All furnishings are brand new and lush tropical landscaped yard. Steps away from restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, and beach. Plenty of attractions within 1-5 mile radius and Key West is only an hour away.

Minimum stay is one (1) month.

• NO PETS: Pets are great but unfortunately, we do not allow any in our vacation home.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in our home so we thank you in advance for respecting this very important rule.
• NOISE: Although we want to make sure that you have an amazing time, we kindly request for all our guest to be respectful and considerate with regards to excessive noise, considering that we have permanent residents as neighbor. We ask that you please use discretion.
• NUMBER OF GUESTS: Ensure that actual guests match to that on your booking. Our residence is designed for a maximum of six (6) guests only. If you have more guests than what you booked for, the remainder of the contract period will be voided and deposits revoked. Additionally, under the terms and agreements stipulated by Airbnb, you will not be covered under their insurance and you will be liable for any damages out of your own pocket should something happen.
