"Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. "

"Very clean and roomy accommodations. The unfortunate aspects of the residence are the lack of laundry facilities and vending machines. "

"We loved the location because it was easy to walk everywhere. We had every amenity that we needed. Also the off-site manager Jeff was very responsive. "

"Excellent property for the number of people is says it’ll sleep. Some say they will sleep 6, but only sit 2 in a small dining room, or a super small living room. Not the case here! Place is great. Would fit a nice group of 6 really well. Nice outdoor space. Rooms were great, comfortable begs, and hot showers. We were in town for a race at Road America, and it is within just a few minutes of the track. Awesome access."
