"I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. "Staff was great. Hot tub wasn’t working but no problem for us. Property was new or recently updated. New carpeting and bathroom fixtures. "

"Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!"

"The staff was very friendly. Our room had some grimey stuff on the cabinet of the fridge that was very sticky. There were crumbs and stuff in the corners by the bed. A lot of light was coming through the door frame. And there were holes in the blackout curtain. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Bed was one the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Not bad, but needs some improvements."
