Within five minutes of hiking, boating, and kayaking activities. Perfect base for hunting and fishing trips. One large bedroom with king-size bed and two twin beds. Laundry area includes shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, griddle, crockpot, InstaPot, air fryer, and hotplate. Please see ‘amenities’ for additional supplies. Small pets are welcome with a non-refundable deposit, and a fenced space will be completed shortly. There is a very large open park-like area with grass and trees, plenty of room for parking, and a quiet access road great for walks. This is a very peaceful area with no neighbors within hearing or view. Vehicles with all-wheel-drive will be needed if visiting in the winter. Plenty of space for boats or rv parking

Please note that while owners live on the property, this apartment is separate from the home and with enough distance to provide privacy. The apartment is part of a large building but with its own separate entrance. Owners have kenneled, well-behaved dogs
