Brad, we are sorry you did not have a good experience at our condo 101. As you said, our property manager did come by the home and also spoke with the upstairs homeowner to address the volume complaint. And you are correct about the history of reviews here. We received a 5 star review from the folks that stayed in this condo immediately after you departed. This was an isolated incident and we apologize it happened during your stay. Travel safe and be well.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. If you were to have run out of propane, we have extra tanks on property that can be replaced immediately. As for the pool, it is professionally cleaned daily. We were glad to learn that you’re already interested in returning to Sun Valley and thank you again for your candid feedback!
