"The room itself was great. Good location, great amenities (hot tub was wonderful) and was clean and well priced. Julien was a good gost as well and communicated well.One thing that wouldve been good to know prior to arriving was the presence of the dog, as my partner has a dog allergy and was somewhat affected by her allergies. Also, the lock on the door was very loose and should be fixed."

"The apartment was was great. Very roomy, clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights stay and it would certainly suit a longer stay. The hosts were very responsive and checked in via message several times. The location was perfect. Short driving distance to shopping and the event we were in the city for. "This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. The price increase from what you showed and then what I actually was charged was substantial and they only allowed less then 24 hours for cancellation."

"Our unit was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect. The view of the harbour was unencumbered and made the place feel very open. "I loved the big four post bed, Africa theme decoration’s, and parking in the overflow area. The bathroom mirror and under the vanity were not clean; there was a broken soap dish under the vanity on the floor. I was kept awake from loud conversations and arguing on the floor above me. Cigarette buts littered the side entry ramp I pulled my suitcase up. The elevator left very much to be desired, as it was very sketchy if it could be trusted. Staff we friendly and helpful."

"O hotel é muito bom! Equipe disponível e acolhedora, sempre prontos para ajudar. Não esperava muito do café da manhã… pois café da manhã continental não tem muitas opções, mas me surpreendeu positivamente…. Com panquecas, waflles, vários tipos de cereais, iogurtes, pães variados, e frutas práticas… maçã e tangerina… a reposição é feita várias vezes… tem suco, café e chá. A arrumação dos quartos é troca de toalhas é feita todos os dias. A única coisa que posso falar que não estava em bom estado foram as cortinas. Experiência muito positiva!"
