This was our first stay at Glenderamackin Cottage, and won't be our last, we are already looking at dates we have off work to get another visit booked.
The beds were really comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. Stunning views from views, especially on an evening when all you could see were hundreds of stars.
The location was fab, we walked along the Footpath in front of the house and got onto the Threlkeld to Keswick Trail, which was a fab walk, about 4.5 to 5 miles and then an easy bus ride home after sampling a few beers with the dog.
The added bonus if having the little Farm Shop 2 minutes walk from the door was great from fresh milk and bread.
The only negative we had really was that the oven wasn't easy to use and to find the right setting took ages as the manual doesn't replicate the dials on the oven, we got there eventually through trial and error....this was a very minor negative though, everything else was great.
