Situated in the National Park and just a short drive from Keswick (4 miles), Derwent Water (7 miles), and Bassenthwaite Lake (10 miles), this location offers the perfect spot to explore the stunning Lake District. Enjoy a day out at Mirehouse and Gardens (32 miles) or tick off some of the many Wainwrights. There are numerous water sport activities locally, as well as indoor climbing and breweries to visit.

Your relaxing break away begins the moment you enter this classic Cumbrian cottage. First is the cosy lounge with its stone fireplace housing a crackling wood burner. Snuggle up in front of the smart TV on one of the sofas after days out exploring the area. The kitchen/diner offers a contemporary feel, having recently been renovated. It is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave along with an oak dining table and chairs. There is a large hall area with room for hanging coats and storing walking boots. Heading up to the first floor, find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and beautiful views over the valley and beyond. Next is the double bedroom next door to the main bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC. Finally, is a single room with the same breath-taking views.

Outside is a shared garden with seating to enjoy the stunning Lake District panoramas. There is off-road parking for two cars.
