"Very basic"

"Room was not as clean as my last stay, couldn’t use the coffee machine as the plastic tie on the plug wasn’t removed and the day before checking out I was exhausted and found 2 black bugs on my bed… looked like a type of little beetle idk.. told staff on checking out… not even a sorry.. anyway will not stay again"

"Our stay started good. Until we found some bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the picture of bugs. They just gave us an email address to contact, and nobody even reach out to us eversince. The breakfast seem not enough to the number of guest they have."

"the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel The Tv did not work, no channels would come on Do NOT stay here. "É uma cidade que não é grande mas tudo fica distante, este hotel esta ao lado de um dos shoppings da cidade. Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."

"First room smelled so much like urine we had to immediately exit. Front desk (Jessica maybe...) was very prompt in finding an alternative room. Second room was cramped but clean. AC unit was obnoxiously loud but effective."

"The family suite was great, think there should be a door on the 2nd bedroom. Also the kitchen had nothing in it, I mean NOTHING."

"I was dissapointed that expedia did not let me say that I was brining my pet so I had to switch to a more expensive room and I had a pet fee added on when we arrived. The front desk person did give us 10% off but I paid an extra $60 on the room which I wasn't expecting."

"Excellent hotel, only 2 suggestions for improvements: Pool and fitness room could close stlighly later on week ends at least. 10 pm is too early. Additionally, please offer more choices for the coffee in the room and in the breakfast."
