"Convenient"

"Well, first I had asked for a room on first floor, which they had to change, but they did get it changed. It took a while. It was the exact same room I had stayed in before, but it was very dirty not cleaned at all. I don’t think they even changed the covers on the bed. The pillow smelt bad and there was dirt around the light switches and on the doors. It was pretty bad and it just smelled bad."

"The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good"

"A estadia foi ótima. É o que tem na região. Fomos visitar meu filho no seu fim de intercambio e nos atendeu perfeitamente em tudo na medida do possível. "

"Not recommend to stay"

"Flat pillows and nasty floors. Could not get more pillows"

"The rooms have a very strange, strong smell. The sheets were stained as were the towels. There was mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain. The breakfast was sparce and old. The yogurt in the fridge expired that day and the counters where cereal spilled were not wiped down all day."

"Otima estadia bom cafe da manha e quarto limpo."

"Staff above and beyond for lady who checked me in"

"O hotel é bem confortável. Café da manhã bom. Tem vários restaurantes próximos para ir a pé."

"1. Whenever I needed help from the front desk there was never anyone there that I could talk to. 2. I had a handicap room and ther was only 1 handicap bar in the tub area that was so far away you could barely reach it without fallen into the tub. The floor of the tub was so slippery that I alway a thought I was going to fall because the stripes that are down are so worn out. 3. I had a non-smoking room and yet I kept smelling smoke from somewhere. It felt like it was coming through the vents...
