And when you want dining + shopping, Seminyak’s restaurants and boutiques are right nearby, with easy routes up toward Canggu’s popular spots too.

Conserve Energy & Respect the Villa Environment



We’re dedicated to eco-friendly practices and would love your help in reducing our environmental impact. When leaving the villa for extended periods, please switch off lights and electronics to conserve energy. Keeping doors and windows closed when air-conditioning is on also helps maintain comfort and minimizes the chance of small tropical geckos or insects entering, as Bali is a lush island environment. These geckos are completely harmless and actually help control insects — a natural part of the authentic tropical experience.



To help us maintain the villa in its best condition for all guests, we kindly ask that colored powders, including traditional Indian colors (such as Holi powders), are not used anywhere on the property, as they can permanently stain surfaces and fabrics.



Please also note that Bali has local community regulations regarding noise — loud noise and music are not permitted after 11 PM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the area.



Our villas are professionally maintained and regularly treated, but due to the island’s climate and open design, occasional wildlife can be part of staying in paradise 🌴 If you ever need assistance, our team is always happy to help.
