The Space:
When you step into the villa, you’re greeted by a refreshing private pool, framed by soft white walls, tropical greens, and smooth stone textures that glow in the sunlight. Two woven loungers sit under the shade, inviting you to settle in and slow down. It’s an easy place to spend the day — barefoot, book in hand, and nowhere else to be.

Slide open the glass doors and you’ll find yourself in the villa’s open-concept kitchen and living area. A plush couch anchors the space, facing a smart TV mounted neatly on the wall, creating a cozy you. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove, fridge, and shelves decorated with ceramics and handmade pieces. Beside it, the wooden dining table is beautifully set and ready for shared meals.

The first bedroom is tucked just before the stairs, making it a quiet corner on the ground floor. It features a soft-toned bed, workspace, closet, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and all the essentials. Natural textures and light wood tones give it a grounded, minimal feel that’s easy to settle into. The second bedroom mirrors the first in comfort and layout, located upstairs for extra privacy. It also features its own bathroom with a shower, full amenities, and is surrounded by soothing cream tones and simple, curated decor.

Just outside this room, separated by a short walkway, you’ll find the rooftop lounge — a breezy spot fitted with laid-back sun beds and low-set seating. It’s perfect for slow mornings, quiet evenings, or catching golden hour with a drink in hand.

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call staff ready to help with anything you need, you really don’t have to worry about anything!

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included.
- Maximum guest 4 people,
- Housekeeping is included in the booking rate and can be requested to the admin,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Small shared parking space available, for scooters and/or 1 small car.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
