They Wpuld receive all 5’s But....

The hotel is a great hotel. Very clean and in a quiet area. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, we checked out of the hotel a day early and we booked through Hotels.com. The front desk said we have to contact hotels.com, hotels.com said they cannot get in touch with the hotel to process a partial refund. BEWARE do not pay for a full trip if you plan on checking out early, you will NOT get your money back.....

The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words.

Worst villa

We got to the villa to book in and the staff told us there was a power problem in our room only and they had another villa for us to stay in. The escorted us to the wrong villa to start with and the eventually got us to the other villa. We were invited in to the villa to look at it and found it only had air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pool was not very clean and there was no breakfast service not to mention it was in the middle of nowhere. We told him no that's not what we wanted. He asked us to stay there while he hopped on his scooter to go back the the other villa to talk to his boss. We decided to leave and find another hotel which took us another 3 hours. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Overall the stay was good, the front office guys were very helpful, polite, specially Mr Avan and Mr Coman. To describe the stay: We booked the two bedrooms villa which is spacious,with a nice pool . The down side is there was a lot of noise from the street(motorbikes, cars, and reception guys talking) Fortunately the other villas were not occupied so they give us a second one bedroom villa to sleep in it. So the problem solved. Second point is that the villas are getting old and need renovation as one of the villas we had (number 3) had a bad smell in the water(shower, sink...)and furnitures needs to be changed. But strangely after a 7 days stay we wanted to extend as we had a good time. Mostly I give 5 stars to the staff except house keeping wich you have to be carefull with specially the oldish women as she hide my my watch before check out.

i loved my experience here.

i had been traveling for awhile when i found this hotel, and it was the best, most comforting place i stayed in my month long trip. the staff was so warm and helpful, and my villa was seriously a piece of heaven. it's about a 10 minute cab ride from downtown seminyak, but the hotel pays for 1 shuttle ride in a day. i'm from the states and for the value i got for my money... it was truly ridiculous. it was the most amazing little retreat, and i was incredibly sad to leave. if you're looking for a romantic hideaway, quiet and luxurious- for not a lot of money- look no longer!

Good, relaxing stay in Kerobokan

We stayed 2 nights at Prime Villas. The villas are well-designed and well-maintained. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa so the pool was a bit small if you intend to do laps or use it for any other purpose than to cool off. I'm not sure about the size of the pools for the 2+ bedrooms though. The outdoor living area was nice, though the sofa was small and could have been a bit more comfortable. Great outdoor bathroom with good water pressure. The staff was very nice and polite, and they are definitely not short-staffed. Very helpful overall. We would return but we might also try other villas.

Just like what the reviews say... Well worth it!

I did tonnes of research before choosing Prime Villas and it really lived up to expectations. Service was fantastic. The staff were super polite and always ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness of room was top notch. They have at one go, 3 staff to clean your villa everyday. Just make sure on your part to throw all uneaten food into the bin and put all dirty dishes and sweet drink containers/bottles into the sink and douse them with water. This help prevent the invasion of ants. Also just like a review I read, there is no instance of gecko infestation. Of course there are the occasional ones outside and every morning at the break of dawn, you can hear their chirping really loud BUT it is tolerable and you really can't totally escape geckos in a tropical country, especially Bali. What you want to avoid are the Tokay Geckos which grow to more than 1 foot long... and there are none at Prime Villa. So green light if you or your significant other is uncomfortable with geckos. Facilities in the villa itself is very good. There is your personal pool with water feature that can be switched off if you want a more quiet sleep. Outdoor bathroom where you can pee/poo, shower and soak in a bathtub under the stars. Stuff outside the villa are limited. But that's the price to pay for serene relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Within walking distance: I did horseriding at Umalas Stable, Spa/Massage everyday with the wife at Antique Spa (*Highly recommend) and had lunch at this western restaurant very nearby that had surprisingly decent steak. Highly highly recommend that you engage a personal driver for the duration of your trip if you want to explore outside of Prime Villa surroundings. Do not depend on Taxis. Overall: I was really satisfied and very pleased with myself for time well-spent reading reviews and researching and finally choosing Prime Villas which totally met my expectations! Highly recommend for that romantic getaway in the serene greenery of surrounding paddy fields where the world just revolves around you and your partner.

The set up of the villas is nice but the location was dreadful. Even with a map and details from the villas taxis struggled to find the place. Not much sleep due to scooters zooming past the property, air con unit, and noise from the reception area. The villa was at the front of the property. If you do stay go for a one bedroom further from the road.

Great private villa

We chose Prime Villas based on the good reviews and great value. Because it is about 15 mins drive from Seminyak, you get a lot more for your money. We wanted a large, private, well equipped villa and this is exactly what we got. The pics on the site are very true to life. There are 9 separate villas with private pools, but no communal areas or facilities. A prepaid taxi from the airport costs 95000 IDR (approx £7) and 25000 IDR (less than £2) from the villa to town. Taxis are easily available in town and the Villa staff will always order you one within 5 mins. Scooter hire costs approx 50000 IDR/day. There is a shuttle to town avail 9am-4pm but it was often not available, better to pre-book if possible. There is only one restaurant and a mini-mart within walking distance, the restaurant also delivers. Breakfast is included, you make your selection the night before and choose the time you would like it brought to your villa. It was always on time and of reasonable quality. Overall we loved our stay. The villas were huge, gorgeous and clean, maybe a little worn around the edges but nothing major. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted us every morning and whenever we returned with a huge smile and warm welcome. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Bali Prime Villa - Review

I stayed at the one bedroom villa for 5 day, 4 nights, just recently last week. I had requested for the airport transfer and had confirmed it again with the hotel the day before my arrival. However upon reaching the airport, no one was there to pick me up. The staff later explained that the driver who was supposed to pick me up was stuck in a traffic jam. In the end, I took a taxi to the villa myself, and ended up wasting close to one and a half hours, queuing up for a taxi, and finding my way to the villa at close to 10pm. The villa is rather difficult to find the first time (if you're taking taxi there from the airport yourself) as it is situated rather far from the main road. If you walk it'd probably take forever to reach, but if it's by car, it's approximately less than 10 minutes. It is situated at Jalan Umalas 2, in Kerobokan. One thing that I like about the villa is that they provide a daily one way free shuttle service out to 3 locations - Kuta / Seminyak / Legian (approx 20mins,10mins,15mins drive away from the villa). The service is available once daily from 9am to 4pm (roughly these timings), and you would need to call one hour in advance to inform them where you would like to go. The breakfast menu is the same daily, with a choice of either American breakfast, or local breakfast. You are required to indicate your choice of the breakfast the night before, so that the staff can send the breakfast to your villa at your stipulated timing. Other than the room which is air-conditioned, the rest of the villa is outdoors, including the bathroom. There were much lesser mosquitoes/ants/spiders than I had imagined there would be - which is a good thing. The villa also provides those electrical mosquito coils, and there are insect sprays (at your request) The pool has a waterfall, in which you can turn off the waterfall (as it can be quite noisy when you sleep at night). The pool is of a decent size, enough for you to do a few strokes of breast stroke, so don't forget to bring your goggles. Another thing that I like is that they had a hair dryer in the room. Perfect for people who wash their hair at night. Overall, the staff were very polite and friendly, always asking us how our day was and if everything was allright. The last day of our stay was my partner's birthday. We had previously inquired on if there's any special promotion for birthday guests, and the villa has a package of set dinner, with massage (you can enquire with them). We did not take up this promotion in the end, but the hotel staff still remembered my partner's birthday, and even prepared a birthday cake for him early in the morning before our breakfast! This came as a surprise to us, and we are truly happy with our stay. I would most definitely stay at this villa again during my next trip to Bali. Bali Prime Villa is a good get-away, from the hustle and bustle of Kuta/Seminyak/Legian (where the shopping, food, beach activities, and pubs are). I could always look forward to a good night's rest after a hectic day out. Hence I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax in Bali.

excellent villa accomodation

We found this place to be excellent. The staff were so friendly, you always got an amazing greeting evertime you returned to the hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the outside bathroom was very cool, lucky we had no rain! The villa's are a little out of the way but only a few dollars in a cab to seminyak or kuta. The day tours we did always collected us from the villa and dropped us back too. The private pool was great especially as you have 7 foot high walls surrounding you..... I have already recomended these villas to other friends. This was one of four hotels we stayed at on this trip and by for the best...

Prime Villa - Great Choice

Our stay at Prime Villas was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the time we left all was as expected. The rooms were great, the pool was clean and the outdoor bathroom was fantastic. We would definately stay here again!

READ CAREFULLY where it says RURAL LOCATION!

This hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere. It would be a great place for a couples retreat for a weekend but if it is your first time in Bali, stay somewhere closer to the beach or closer to town. Having to take a 20 minute cab ride to get into Seminyak will start to get tiresome by the third day. The staff were great, the private pool was awesome and the room was very comfortable. I also had consistent problems with the hotel's WIFI. I found the signal was poor the farther you got from the office. To sum up, great place for a weekend or couples retreat but if you are going to Bali to explore or for a beach vacation, you will be disappointed by the hotel's location.

sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

ausgesprochen schöne Villa mit eigenem kleinen Pool. Sehr gutes Kingbett. Gute Klimatisierung des Schlafraumes. Extrem freundliches Personal (wie eigentlich überall auf Bali). Bad und Dusche im Freien ein Traum!! In der Umgebung nur wenig Bebauung. Seminyak liegt etwa zehn Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (1 x am Tag - aber nicht abends - kostenloser Bringservice -aber kein Abholservice! - vom Hotel). Bis Legian etwa 20 und Kuta 25 Minuten. Frühstück einigermaßen ok. Wird in der Villa serviert nach Terminvereinbarung bis spätestens 10.30 h. Ich empfehle die indonesische Variante. Internet (WLAN) kostenfrei. KEIN Fernseher im Wohnbereich - nur im Schlafzimmer. Safe kostenfrei. Kostenloses gekühltes Trinkwasser aus dem eigenen 10-l-Container in der Villa. Einziges Manko: die Möbel sind ziemlich abgegriffen und bedürften einer Generalüberholung und bis zu Geschäften und Restaurants ist es ein weiter Weg. Vorteil: absolut ruhige Lage. EMPFEHLUNG: Restaurant Lestari in den Lestari Stables! Romantisches Ambiente mit vielen Kerzen, leiser Musik und hervorragender Essensqualität und das bei sehr akzeptablem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: mein Favorit in Seminyak und fußläufig in nur 3 Minuten von den Baliprimevillas zu errreichen.
