"My husband and I had to visit Greensboro unexpectedly over the Christmas holiday due to a family emergency. This cottage was the perfect accommodation and respite from the family events. "Great place. Close to campus. Very comfortable the only complaint would be that kitchen was lacking in things to make dinner easily for my kids and some friends. We adjusted nicely. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"The Magnolia Farmhouse worked perfectly for our stay. It is in an established neighborhood, set back from the road with large front & back yards. Very peaceful. It was a great location. It was a 10-15 minute drive to a variety of restaurants, shopping and the GSO airport. Laura was lovely to work with and always responded to our inquiries. Definitely will stay here next time we visit beautiful NC."

"Our host was not on property, but she was always readily avaliable for any questions or needs. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome with a gift basket of snacks, even doggy treats and potty bags. The rental was some what of a tiny home, but beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, even with our two150lb fur babies.The bed was so comfortable, we got the info off of it and ordered one! It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed everything the rental offered!"

We hope to go back.😀 CONS-Comfortable rooms, but one room had no chair, wastebasket, and the TV couldn't find a signal. Suggest each room (and all bathrooms) should have a wastebasket and a comfortable chair.Kitchen needs non-stick frying pan for easy cleaning. "
