"Thanks for a wonderful stay. Super location, just a 5 minute walk into town and a perfect central base from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Brett's communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the house itself. It met all of our needs. Steep driveway but we found it easy enough to manage. Easiest way is to reverse into the driveway from the street, and use the garage buzzer to go all the way up into the garage. Highly recommend this property! "

"We booked the Sunshine House for three generations to celebrate my Mum’s 65th birthday. It is a fabulous location, walking distance to Long Beach and Russell. The house is perfect for hosting a wide range of ages with multiple living zones and a number of bedrooms. Awesome views and indoor/outdoor living with a great deck. We stayed with our two kids and felt right at home. The location is awesome too—really close to the Paihia beach market, which was super convenient.
