"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. "Unfortunately due to the abnormal weather we werent able to enjoy the hotel and the location. The room was OK however we felt that it was very humid. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. Rooms were huge so much spce and shower really powerful .
