Sonoma Creek Retreat in Kenwood (31+days)- with Pool & Spa

Welcome to our Sonoma Creek Retreat located in the beautiful Sonoma Valley. Close to Kenwood Village and walking distance to many wineries. Enjoy views of Sugarloaf Ridge and the peaceful setting among the large oaks on this one acre property. Relax in the pool, hot tub, or chill out in the pool house. Once you step behind the gates, you will know why we call it the 'Sonoma Creek Retreat.'

Please note that minimum stay requirement is 31 days in compliance with Sonoma County policy as our property is currently not zoned for short term rentals. Please note that no Transient Occupancy Taxes (VRBO generally charges 10%) are due from renters for stays over 30 days.

A mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required after every 30 days during your stay. The price of each cleaning is $300 and we will calculate how many cleanings will be required depending on your number of nights booked. The price of this cleaning is not automatically calculated in VRBO price quote and we will be sending you separate payment request for the cleanings required during your stay. By booking through VRBO you agree that you will pay the mid-stay cleaning fee depending on your number of nights booked.

We do require a separate $1500 refundable security deposit which will be collected no later than 24 hours before check in.
