"One of my favorite hotels"

"The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. "

"Rooms very rundown. Staff not helpful. Charged my card before I arrived when it was supposed to be at the end of the stay. Breakfast hours were terrible. Couldn’t park in the tiny parking lot. "

"É uma cidade que não é grande mas tudo fica distante, este hotel esta ao lado de um dos shoppings da cidade. Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."

"At breakfast they ran out of peanut butter and that was the only protein. Poor choices of breakfast foods and with only a little attention to detail the breakfast and stay could have been so much better. On a two night stay they did not collect towels, make beds or help in any way. We had to ask for everything and make do."

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great."

"Quarto grande e limpo. Cama confortável. Vista para o lago é espetacular. Café da manhã ok, destaque para a máquina de café latte e expressos, porém não havia queijo e presunto. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos."

"Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! "

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet."

"Check in was friendly and efficient. There is lots of parking, and a smaller sized pool. The breakfast was ok, coffee was hot, and there was a variety of basic foods you would find at a hotel breakfast like this, I would pass on the bacon. The room was quiet and comfortable. Located in a shopping plex. Overall good experience."
