"The parking lot is in need of significant maintenance, as there were numerous potholes throughout the area. We were assigned a room at the back of the property, and parking was somewhat difficult when parking closer to the room. Since the parking area is unpaved, I had to park farther away and carry our suitcases to the room. "Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. "Luxurious, clean, well appointed room and amenities. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The self served breakfast is a great start to the day. The complimentary sweet treats to have with your tea or coffee and/or a port in the evening were a nice touch. "
