"The location, parking, and staff were nice. We were a few minutes late to check in due to some traffic, and after some communication, they stayed the extra time to give us our room key. Great coffee and breakfast place across the street. A few downsides were the bugs in the windows inside the screens so we couldn’t open window/doors for fresh air, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was a good place on a budget and for a one night stay in the off-season."

"I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. "We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend."

"This was one of the best stays we've had in a long time! The oceanfront view was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the comfortable balcony enjoying the scenery. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having the first parking spot right by the door, and the luggage cart waiting for us made unloading effortless.

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit called, "Turtle Cove" which was great. The unit was very clean and modern. The location really can't be beat; an easy walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach NH. Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon."
