"This property exceeded my expectations and there is nothing I would change about this awesome property and how it is furnished. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 12 to 74 and we each enjoyed our stay. The outdoor porch and seating was a bonus and very relaxing."

"We were in New Hampshire for a wedding. The house was perfect. Three clean, comfortable bedrooms. A well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful beach walks. Loved the Toto toilets."

"The house was just as pictured. We loved the second floor deck for happy hour and views of the ocean. All conveniences were there. Beds were comfy; linens generous. Dining table was big enough for our family of seven."

"Celebrated my birthday and the 4th of July here and it exceeded expectations. The house had everything imaginable. Loved the extra towels and blankets. There are many local restaurants and icecream places, beaches and a beautiful deck with a grill and fire pit. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to booking again. Thank you for everything and making it a special stay!"

"This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed"

"Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...

"Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach."

"We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches."

"Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!"

Seabrook Inn – A Disappointing Experience

"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."
