I booked a reservation weeks ahead and I had booked a deluxe king suite I arrive and they tell me they don’t have that available anymore and they gave me a two queen room no dining table dirty sheets sticky floors bathroom cabinets completely broken I got half used toilet paper it’s the worst and so old don’t go there they allow dogs inside and someone stepped on dog doodoo and it was everywhere on the carpet on every level and steps nobody cleaned it my whole stay the pics advertise look nothing like the room they gave me deff false advertisement and a scam!

The staff is great and the rooms are bigger than most in the area..and the cheapest place to stay in town.

Expedia you need to update information. There is no breakfast, no HBO, going thru a deep remodel. Parking lot closed. Our room was not finished. Bathroom is very old. Location for us was perfect. Not worth the $400 we paid for the nights.

They should change the name of the place instead of calling it a hotel. I been in hotel and i been with motel i never seen a hotel like that. The bed stink the sheets is ripped off.

There were roaches in my room and when we told the staff , she said there was nothing they could do. We also had to pay a $100 deposit after already paying for our room and was told it would be refunded back and it still hasn’t been refunded even after calling several times about it.

My room was unclean. There were cigarette butts in the sink, food scraps and other garbage under the bed. There wasn’t any hot water and when I called the front desk about it the lady said she’d be right down, two hours later I had to go to her and still didn’t fix the lack of hot water in my room. As I was checking out and asking about my deposit refund she argued with me saying I’d have to come back Monday to get it. I told her I live out of town and needed it today. She then called me a b**** and only gave me my money back after I called the local police. This is the worst stay at any hotel I’ve ever been to. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You’d be better off sleeping in your car then staying here.

The Kitchenette is why I chose KI&S, but there were no dishes! No pots, pans, plates, utensils. Fine, whatever. But what really surprised me was there was no toilet paper..?! Not something you want to find out you’re lacking when you need it. There were a few other items, like an open safety pin on the carpet, the shower curtain didn’t seem to be waterproof, small things like that. Not the worst stay, & was mostly just interested in having a bed to sleep on, which was decent.

The door looked as of it had been kicked in and not repaired so it didn't lock but just pushed open. The power and wifi was off for the two days we were there. There wasnt even an end table for the phone to sit on

Numerous cigarette burns and stains on bedding, stained towels, condition of finishings extremely worn. It was only $65, but the picture is definitely did not reflect the condition.

Property is being rehabbed and is just barely adequate at present. This is not the fault of the new owners who went to a lot of effort to get us into a unit with a stove, a unit which otherwise would not have been available. The stove was needed to cook a ham for a multifamily Thanksgiving event at another location. IMO this will be a fine facility when the new owners are finished with their work at present, if you are intending to use the kitchen, bring everything you will want to have as nothing is provided, i.e., all the cupboards were empty.

This place is dirty stained towel no toilet paper on the roll stains all over the furniture the tv was broken and leaning to the right and the picture glitched in and out it was awful you could hear people walking around and talking like they were right next to you. It was awful

The room picture on the website was absolute Fantasyland. What a Joke! Our room was rundown and sort of creepy. It was also vastly unsafe as the door jamb had obviously been kicked in sometime in the past. It didn't lock properly (too loose) and we ended up positioning one of the (mis-matched) table chairs under the handle for our safety. The only light in the bedroom area was a broken floor lamp. At least it worked when we plugged it into a wall socket. The bed side tables were old and scarred with what appeared to be cigarette burns. And one of the side tables held the TV. The carpet was stained and grimy. The whole room was dark and badly in need of a paint job with all the marks on the walls. Also, the outside door at the far end of the building from the check-in area was broken. Not a safe feeling. Kennewick Inn and Suites will have to go a looooong way before we ever book there again.

Do not come where it is vary ghetto and it feels unsafe. It felt unsafe due to the fact there where people constantly yelling and slamming doors and just seem like there was a domestic violence situation, and at some point it sound like a gun shot inside the building. I have reported to staff about and situation and did receive any that would have solved the situation. When I went back to the lobby to see if we can get a refund so I can move to a different hotel they had locked there lobby and no one would answer the phone when I had called 6 times. At that point I had given up had had to book 2 hotels for the night and for the followed morning had gone back to check out and had mentioned everything that had happened and refused to give me a refund.

Disgusting
Absolutely awful. Check in took forever because the solo front desk employee left thr property to get food. There were 5 guests waiting to check in for over 40 minutes. After check in we walked up to the room and there were several random people just lingering in the hallways. The room was even worse. It smelled AWFUL. It was dirty. You could see where they tore things off the walls and never bothered to patch holes or paint. We stood in this room for 2 minutes, never even set our things down, then left and booked a new room at another hotel. This place looks like it's ran by drug abusers and prostitutes.

Stay away!
We stayed the night on our way home. I looked at the pictures and it looked nice. When we arrived the parking lot was sketchy, the door was locked you had to call a phone number to be let in to check in. The room was severely outdated. It was dirty, very run down and so many things needed replaced. The toilet seat was so worn down you could see wood. There was mold under the handle in the bathtub. There was a bar of soap in the shower from previous guests. Hotel unwilling to do anything to make this right.
Very worn toilet seat.
Vinyl flooring to replace around the door handle.
Very old and worn stove.
Light switch dirty and worn.

Large rooms, unsavory characters staying in the building. We also found a bed bug. Freaked me out! Needs updating. Found it hard to believe it was a $150 deposit. I heard the front desk lady tell someone else on the phone it was $50. If you have to stay here is a deal, but don't expect to sleep. Open drug deals on the premises.

Shady hotel
Hotel is run down and rooms were dirty. Non smoking room was filled with strong smoke Oder. Shady activity was going on in the parking lot etc. Pictures listed on Hotels.com do NOT match the reality at all. Manager did make things right but I would not recommend staying here if you want a clean, safe and good nights sleep.

I was going to stay in room 205, but I left.. The girl behind the counter was nice, no issues there. When I went upstairs the hallway had a bad smell, the room looked like someone had previously tried breaking into it. There was damage around the door frame. I went into the room and the room smelt musty and cigarettes. I was tired removed my shoes and felt the carpet kind of sticky. I removed the sheets from the bed and seen little stuff on the sheet. I turned on the lights and it was bug skin. So, there was bed bugs there!! I immediately left. I was grossed out and went to another hotel. I will never stay there again.

Asked for a ground room because of disability, was not available on day one, they said that they would move us to ground the next day. Staff in the morning said that was not possible. Night 3 fell down a flight of stairs ended up in the emergency room with a concussion. They said they would return our fee and never did. Place is filthy, no toilet paper, no kitchen table in a suite, kitchen but no pots/pans. No glassware, pool was closed. Defiantly not as advertised. No breakfast. No ice machine. Very run down room. Nice location near Columbia park, but not worth the hospital stay.

The conditions of the room were poor. The pictures did not reflect the actual room aquired. Not clean. Stained sheets. Patched walls. missing paint. Stained sofa. Dirty light switches and plugs. Hairdryer handle unsanitary. Smelled like cigarette. Front desk was kind and friendly, however advised manager declines refunds.

Great stay
Our room was great and we were very pleased with it, we would have preferred to just have the one King size bed but we understand that the water pipes were being into repaired. Since we were not in the room we were promised, I would like to make sure that we weren’t charged extra for the room we were given because the other rooms were still being cleaned. The young lady who checked us in did apologize for the inconvenience, and was very gracious host.

When we got there we were assigned the nastiest, dirtiest room they possibly had. The carpet was sticky, there was a sock on the floor by the bed, dried blood on my blankets… awful. So I went to the front desk and reported the condition and the nice lady immediately gave us another room. I swear the new room was like a different hotel, it was so nice and clean and everything was brand new. Both rooms had a weird smell tho. Stay away from 103!
