"My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner."

Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature. "This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it."
