"This property was very nice and accommodating for our group. The location was in close proximity to everything we needed. The property was clean but we messaged the host about ants in the kitchen/master bathroom and we killed a couple of large cockroaches in the kitchen. We were later told via text message from the host where to find the ant spray under the kitchen sink. The property is pet friendly but not kid friendly except having bunk beds. "A great house with lots of bedrooms and full baths. Exceeded expectations. Every bedroom had lots of space. The bathrooms were clean and wow, so luxurious. We didn't eat there but kitchen seemed well stocked. Very comfortable house. We were there for family event and will be back next time in the area."

"Had a couple problems with the property. Communication was good until the problems were reported then nothing. The master shower had no hot water. Hot water at the sink none in shower. Upstairs hall light did not work. Would flash occasionally but dark 99.9% of the time. Ice maker and drinking water through the refrigerator did not work. Smell of urine in master bedroom. I would not re rent."

"Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. "
