"I enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. The only thing that could of made it a better stay would be free breakfast or at least coffee and tea. They have a Starbucks and area where you can purchase items but it was more like self serve and pay at reception desk."

The Hotel has a great location because it is on the side of the road but at the top of a small hill, being very quiet and having a very beautiful view."

"We had a late arrival, which worked out with self checkout. Left the next morning after 9am, didn't see a single staff member during our whole stay, Was a bit of a challenge getting luggage up to the top floor without an elevator but we probably should have realized that when we booked. Nice property, nice big room with separate area for visiting. TV channel choices, which included streaming services, was excellent. Overall a good experience, just didn't see anyone there."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean. The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand. I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future."

"I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. "We love the Bershire Mountain Lodge. We've stayed here five other times but this time we do have a few very minor negatives. 1) The cabinet door under the kitchenette sink had a loose hinge. We messaged the staff and requested that they wait until after we checked out to repair the hinge. We hope the hinge was repaired before the next guest checked in. 2) The toilet flush handle was slightly cracked but still functional.
