Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk."

"The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay.
