According to our front desk staff, they interacted with you many times throughout your two-night stay, including assisting you with adjusting the heat in your room and helping you with coffee in the morning. We are next door to a pickleball court. The town very strictly monitors the hours of pickleball so as not to interfere with our guests' enjoyment of their stay. The pictures on Expedia are pictures of the exact room you stayed in and they are recent pictures. I'm sorry you did not enjoy the room.If you are looking for a bit more excitement, we recommned you do not visit tourist towns during their off-peak season. There are many restuarants and shops open all throughout the week, but there is more activity in town on the weekends and in the summer.

We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. We do our best to clearly communicate what amenities are in each room type. All rooms have TVs and outlets and many have microwaves. In the future, when staying in a historic Inn, we recommend double checking that the room you've booked has the amenities that you require for your stay.
