The King master bedroom has ocean views, the queen middle bedroom has the en-suite bathroom and a desk (if you are forced to do a little work), and the large rear bunkhouse for the kids/young adults has it's own private stairway, 4 twin beds (2 are built-in nooks), and the third floor crows nest loft with a second living room/TV, and a couch that converts easily to a twin bed or king sized foldout, and the best views in the house!
