Welcome to The Kennebunk House, a charming antique home in the heart of downtown Kennebunk! This spacious, sun-filled retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect blend of historic character and modern comfort. Ideal for families or groups, you’ll be just a short stroll to Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and local favorites like Bev’s Café, 50 Local, the new Octopus Book Shop, and Kennebunk Toy Co. Just two blocks away, you’ll find a playground and open fields for kids to run and play. When you’re ready for the ocean, Kennebunk’s beautiful beaches are only a 5–10 minute drive.

• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for your use and replenished as needed.

• Window AC units keep the cottage comfortable.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
