"The hotel’s architectural design was amazing. I love how they kept the hotel as is with some touch ups. Danielle who helped me during check in was nice and helpful. Anne who was the shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well telling me all about Omaha and what to do. I do not feel they should take the shuttle service out. I think the shuttle service was one of the highlight why I picked Magnolia especially for the guests who are seniors or do not want to drive during their stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy so much that we ended up rebooking when our flight was unexpectedly canceled after check-out. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. We especially loved the young, fresh vibe of the hotel and spent a lot of time enjoying the free arcade game. The location is also super convenient, just 10–15 minutes from the airport and right in downtown, making it easy to find dining and shopping options without needing a car. Highly recommend...

"It’s very clean , I actually don’t feel disgusted to stay there, love one of the ladies that have been there for years , nice staff , breakfast is dissent , clean kitchen, parking is ok, we stay there every time we travel by, had a small problem with a plugged sink this time but other then that I actually sleep pretty good , "

"For the price I should be more comfortable and have basic needs met. The property was beautiful and the valet service was convenient and quick. The food at the restaurant was good as well. However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in...

"Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards.
