"Awesome property. Great for the family for freshman orientation."

"Poperty is very private in location and absolutely amazing. House was very clean and well equipped for all needs. We hosted a couple of dinners in the dinniing room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our lobster bake night and our italian night. We would highly recommend this poperty if you are looking for private and spacious home."

"We LOVED our stay at this cabin! The host Debbie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and provided tons of thoughtful recommendations for things to do nearby! The cabin and the surrounding property was beautiful and so fun to explore! The cabin was clean and very comfortable. There's plenty of firewood and all the essential kitchen appliances/cookware. We will definitely be back to this beautiful, historic property! "

"Beautiful, peaceful location. This was the perfect place to stay while my family was waiting for our house to be ready."

"My family loved this wonderful lake cabin, it was very peaceful, yet close to the action. It's about 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. After 2 days of Acadia, we spent our 3rd day enjoying the lake and renting a jet ski. Overall a great experience for the family. We also recommend Sheila's snacks which is less than 1 mile down the road. She baked a blueberry pie for us and it was the best we had while in Maine. "

"We came from Florida to visit family . We went canoeing & enjoyed having a fire out back & watching the ufc fights on the big screen . We were all very comfy and cozy and Corey and Amy We’re very accommodating! We sure look forward to coming back and staying again soon!!!"

I was there for only 15 or so hours but it is such a beautiful and peaceful place, awash in beauty and nature, if felt like a whole restful vacation. "Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."
