"The people were very nice and tried to be helpful. The thermostat wasn’t working properly. They sent someone to fix it but it didn’t work. They offered to change rooms but it was late and we had an early checkout. Though very stylish, the room didn’t have drawers for our clothes. The really big benefit is the proximity to the airport. We paid an extra $100 dollars for that because we had to be at the airport at 4:30 am. They had a partial opening four months ago and we feel that they are still...

"I thought the property was great for the value.
It was clean, and well prepared.
Everything was very well thought out, and brillianty laid out.
I misread that there was a children's pool and a beach, but there is a beautiful beach 1km away
I would definitely stay here again.
Oh and we relived our childhood experiences at Upper Canada Village."

"Staff was very friendly and nice. The buffet breakfast was good as well. There is lots of parking. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The only downside about the room is the shower water pressure. Zero pressure at all amd its almost like a very weak sprinkler. We enjoyed the pool but we're disappointed with the hot tub. It is time for it to be drained and clean. There s alot of white foam and on the foam you can see all the grey/brown specks and spots of people's dead skin"

"We would stay here again but minor maintenance issues should be addressed. Mainly the shower curtain rod was damaged meaning the curtain could not be fully closed allowing water to escape onto the floor. Otherwise, a very comfortable experience."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants just a short walk away. There was also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
