"Terrific time in Kemptville, NS at this accommodation - Moose Cabin - Golden Forest Lodge. I recently had a three day vacation there with my 14 year old Son and his Father. "My only suggestion would be to remove the oversized couch (which can be another bed) and replace with another chair allowing more space in the unit that is designed for 2 people.The place was clean and bed comfy. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. "

"This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! "

"We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!). The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and very central to all the activities we took part in. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive to questions, and we would love to come back. Thank you so much."
