"I booked this room based on the parking that was advertised to be good for trucks and trailers. When I got there, I was told I would have to park at Best Western for an additional fee. I would have just booked with Best Western if I had known this in advance. I do not recommend this hotel."

The staff was nice, but I had a loud noise in my room every hour on the hour from the air-conditioning unit, the maintenance man came in and stated he would fix it in just a little while and never showed back up. The ceiling in the room was also cracking. Also the windows had plastic on them, taped down from painting outside, so I couldn’t let any natural sunlight in. The Housekeeper came and brought me towels, they did not ask if I needed my room cleaned, they never came...

"We just needed a place for the night. Read other reviews which were great so we decided to stay. They didn’t have a pet fee (over 2 pets then they charge) we were traveling with 2 dogs. They .
