In Kemmern, the 62 m² holiday apartment Gartenfreude awaits you in the idyllic Rosenbusch holiday house. The centerpiece is the spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, exposed wooden beams, walls with warm clay plaster, and an atmosphere that immediately conveys a sense of security. Two cozy bedrooms and a bright bathroom offer space and comfort for up to four guests.

The modernized apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and self-check-in. Original wooden floors have been painstakingly restored by hand, and historic sandstone walls with fine clay plaster ensure a particularly pleasant indoor climate. Relax on your private balcony and discover the various herbs in the garden.



A bakery is just 250 meters away, and restaurants and a brewery are within walking distance. Nearby you will find a swimming lake, Schloss Seehof, Franconian Switzerland with many castles, the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bamberg, and much more.



Free street parking is available, and public transport is within walking distance. Events are not permitted. Please wear slippers indoors to protect the renovated floors. The apartment is non-smoking and offers a pleasant living climate.
