"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

Although some of the footpaths need the nettles trimmed 😉 Struct lucky with the street parking all but one night but the car park behind is very close. "This is a lovely cottage and very cosy and warm. It's also near lots of attractions. It was very nice to be able to take my friend's dog who seemed to enjoy herself too. The main door was quite hard to lock and unlock as it's stiff but I broke my right wrist in August so that probably didn't help matters. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage to others and I would certainly revisit myself."

The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. "I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully.
