"Check in was not good. I traveled from a different country and needed wifi to get a code. I had to drive 5 miles to get to a friend to call the owners. It should have been told how many flights of stairs to go with a large suitcase."

"A beautiful guest house in a fantastic location. I received a very warm welcome, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall stay offered great value for money. Highly recommended!"

There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again."

Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator. Was only given 1 small bath towel and 1 small hand towel. Hosts very friendly and was a very...

"The room was in need of updating, worn and dirty carpets, shabby draperies."
