We do let people know where the designated smoking area is and our staff are on hand 24/7 to address any concerns, including anyone smoking outside those areas. Regarding your rate, we do take any potential overcharging seriously so I have thoroughly checked your reservation details.The rate and after-tax total charged are the same rate and after-tax total that would have been confirmed to you by Expedia when you made your reservation. That rate was also at a 9% discount from the normal online rate.At check-in, your before-tax nightly rate is also noted on your guest registration form. We also authorized your credit card for the after-tax total and an additional 100 in case of any incidentals. I checked the check-in and check-out receipts showing the amount authorized by you at check-in reflects the after-tax total + 100.We are confident that you were charged the rate that you booked, confirmed by Expedia and authorized at check in.Thank you again for your feedback.Warm Regards,
