"The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. "It was definitely nice being so close to the theme park, and you got to go in an hour before the park opened. The cabin itself was cute and had lots of room for our family of 6. The blankets were very thin, and the air conditioning was set really high so it was very cold. There was only decaf coffee, and when we asked they said they were completely out of coffee. We were then told we could buy some from the camp shop, which was not open. The tv remote in the one bedroom was broken and...
