"The best things I can say about the room is it was clean and the view is wonderful, other than that, for the price it is hard to believe that you get no fridge or microwave. The elevator was sporadically working, not fun when you are on the 3rd floor and walk with 2 canes. When reported to front desk, he said I will look into it as he kept reading his magazine. The pools were disgusting, I realize they were going to be working on them that week, but they took away from the beauty of the view. ...

"The hotel rooms were adorable and fairly clean! Just outdated is all! The free beer and wine were a cute gesture. We ate dinner at the restaurant attached, the food was pretty darn good but the male server at one of the 2 bars wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to tend to his customers very well! Overall though, this was a cute place to stay and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who may be going to cedar point! "

"The Sandusky Inn was a nice clean place to stop for an overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful with getting the air conditioning operating on a rather hot and steamy night, unusual for mid May!! The place is clean, comfortable and bare bones, but worked well for a one night stay."

"Definitely a hidden gem. You don’t think your Going to walk into what you get with the look of it from the outside. The rooms were Clean and spacious and a full size refrigerator ! The lobby is so pretty Vintage couture vibes !"

"We took our 5 year old grandsons to castaway bay and had a wonderful time. We had dinner at Famous Daves the food was very good it had a nice atmosphere with great service and a nice view. Then we bowled and went to the arcade. We did the breakfast buffett in the morning that was also very nice. Then back to the water park we loved the wave pool and the hot tub. My husband and the grandkids did the water coaster and slides and had a great time. Highly recommend castaway bay for family fun!"
