"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. "

"We loved our stay! The property is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved the 2 queen beds in 1 room and the king in the other allowing everyone in our group to sleep well. "This is a great spot. We had two couples and two toddlers and it worked well. Space isn’t super friendly for toddlers but it was ok. It’s a short walk to the beach so we rented a beach wagon and that was super helpful with the little kiddos.The house has good AC units and comfy beds and an outdoor shower around the back of the houseGPS kind of leads you to the wrong driveway so you just gotta drive up the street a little bit and enter from the little cul de sac.Definitely would stay here again!"
