"Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired."

"It is a very lovely and charming hotel! The bed is very comfortable and warm. The service was great and we were allowed to make adjustments on the menu during our breakfast. Plus, it is a short walk from the Brontë Parsonage Museum. The only downside is the ceiling in the bathroom which is very low and also having to carry our luggage throughout the stairs. But I guess this happens all over England. Nonetheless, I recommend it! "

"Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. "We stayed on one of the warmest nights this year. A fan had been put in our room earlier on to ensure it was lovely and cool. The room was a good size. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Parking is a plus. Good food in the pub too."

"The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. "Only used for a short stay before flying from Leeds Bradford. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Otherwise we only had 1 drink in the bar before an early night.it was quiet and warm. Building looked a bit sad."

"6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them.
