At the villa, the beautiful green landscaped garden is decorated by a private swimming pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbeque. From the balcony and poolside, you’ll be left marvelling at the panoramic views over the island’s lush countryside landscape.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your self-catering stay for maximum ease and convenience. The living room is cool and cosy with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

This property contains wide gaps in the balcony and terrace railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. There is a ramp at the front of the property to access the pool area. There are a number of steps down to the pool area, whilst the pool itself has step access. The terrace consists of both crazy paving and lawn. This can be seen in the images. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 65cm, whilst the shower room door is also 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the bathroom door is 65cm wide.
