Villa Rubi is a modern 3-bedroom villa positioned just 5 minutes' drive from the idyllic harbour town of Sami, with the nearest beachfront and Karavomylos village centre both just a 10-minute walk away. The first floor balconies offer views of the lush countryside and all the way down to Sami Harbour. Smartly furnished throughout, the villa has spacious bedrooms and a stylish, open-plan living space. What's more, you'll be within walking distance of the stunning Melissani Lake, one of Kefalonia's most famous attractions. WiFi and air conditioning/heating are included in all bedrooms and the lounge.

Villa Rubi is located in the countryside in Karavomylos, a short drive from Sami. This detached property has a scenic mountainous backdrop and views towards the sea, as well as Sami's attractive harbour. A 10 minute walk will take you to the beachfront and Karavomylos village centre, home to some local tavernas and a bakery. Sami offers an excellent setting to enjoy, with bars and restaurants along the waterfront. You're also well positioned to explore the gorgeous nearby beaches of Karavomylos and Antisamos.
