The barbecue and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy relaxed meals in the open air, embracing the easy rhythm of summer living.



The views stretch endlessly across the water towards distant islands, creating a mesmerising backdrop from morning through to sunset. As evening falls, the garden becomes the perfect place to unwind, whether dining outside or simply enjoying the changing colours of the sky. Nearby, Trapezaki beach and the characterful coves of Agios Thomas offer excellent spots for swimming, while Lourdas provides a wider choice of tavernas and facilities just a short drive away.



The three-bedroom villa sleeps up to six across two floors. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Smart TV leading to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob and coffee maker, a double bedroom (160cm bed) opening onto the terrace, and a shower room with WC.



The first floor holds a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) and a further double bedroom (160cm bed), both leading to a balcony, plus a second shower room with WC. The villa is air conditioned throughout, with complimentary WiFi, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer, beach towels, on-site parking, a 9m x 4m chlorine swimming pool (1.2m-1.6m depth) with ladder access, a charcoal barbecue and a shaded outdoor dining area.
